Caring for your product:

We pride ourselves on the high standard of our products and ensure that everything that leaves the Studio is sent out to the highest standard possible.

This covers printing and packing.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the products in transit (please see our return and refund page for this information.

A4 and A3 prints will arrive rolled in a large cardboard tube. Prints will have a layer of paper rolled into them to protect the print and are printed to order on giclee artist paper.

We recommend that you take great care when removing your artwork from the packaging and unrolling it and keep handling to a minimum.

We cannot be responsible for any tears s or damage sustained at this point.

If your product is framed by us and sent by courier we use acrylic rather than glass due to insurance and safety purposes and procedures.

Please note that acrylic has the same properties as glass so will reflect light if placed opposite a window or in direct sunlight.

If you feel that this would be an issue then we suggest that you get the print/poster framed yourself using a non-reflective glass as this is something we are unable to offer.

The artwork is dry mounded before being bespokely framed to order, and the issue below should not arise.

If you are framing your own print/poster, we highly recommenced for you to try mount it as this will help to keep the quality of the product over time.

James’s prints and posters are printed on a par product which has the characteristics of being affected by direct elements that it comes into contact with.

We advise that is shouldn’t be situated in direct sunlight as this will affect the colour action of the product.

It should be in a consistent temperature avoiding extreme differences in room environment as this may cause bucking of the frame or paper to occur.

Damp environment may cause issues to your product over time.

We strongly recommend to preserve the longevity of your poster that you get it professionally framed to avoid these issues.
